Federal Litigation
What is Federal Litigation?
Sometimes, due mainly to the arbitrary nature of underlying policies that frequently change, certain matters can only be resolved with federal litigation. Policies generally change when there are geopolitical issues, political transference, or shift in public perception.
Federal litigation often occurs when there is a dispute between two parties. In the context of Immigration Law, it’s often an individual commencing a “lawsuit” against the US Government and/or its underlying agencies to resolve an issue.
